Meet our principal, Mr. Ralph Della Crosse.

 “Mr. D” comes to Global Outreach Charter Academy after serving 29 years in the Duval County Public School system.
He spent the last five years as an Administrator at A. Philip Randolph High School.  Prior to that, he served in various capacities over the years, including teacher, coach, activities director, and athletic director.
We are fortunate to add his expertise to our diversified staff.

What is Global Outreach Charter Academy ?

At Global Outreach Charter Academy, all teachers are accredited professionals and teach all core classes and electives in English. Our distinguishing feature is that Russian language and cultural studies are taught K through 8, permitting students to earn credits in a valuable but rarely offered foreign language.
Our charter school complies with the same requirements as all public schools and upholds the highest academic and disciplinary standards.
